Arrival – Check-in from 16h.

Exit – Check-out until 12h.


Anticipated Check-In policy:

It will be available only upon availability and prior reservation, at an additional cost.


Anticipated Check-Out policy:

The Hotel reserves the right to charge the total cost of the stay in case of early departure of the guest and without previous previous information (24h minimum). If the reservation is non-refundable, it is charged prior to arrival at the hotel and there will be no refund in case of early departure.


Check-Out policy after 12h:

Always subject to request. Please contact the reception at least 24 hours in advance. An additional fee will be added to this service.

We can store your luggage at no additional cost, please contact us for more details.


Extra beds:

0-3 years: free stay in a crib.

4-12: stay with extra bed in room/type, according to the respective capacity and applicable rate.

13+ or adult: bed in typology/rate applicable.


The hotel provides cots free of charge, upon request and subject to availability.

Whenever you bring children with you, it is mandatory to always inform the children’s age in advance so that we can ensure availability and validate the best quote.

In case of doubt, contact us before making your reservation.


Mininum age:

To check-in at the Hotel, the guest must be at least 18 years old.


Personal objects:

The guest is 100% responsible for their belongings. Hotel do Largo is not responsible for any object.

There will be no refund in case any property or value is lost during your stay.



The entire hotel, including the bedroom, is non-smoking. In accordance with hotel policy, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee in accordance with Law no. 63/2017, of 3 August (fine €750) if this rule is not complied with.

Reservation Policy:

All bookings, with the exception of thematic programs, only include bedroom, other services will have an additional cost.


Guarantee Policy: In order to be able to enjoy all the services that we have at your disposal we require that you have a valid credit card during your stay.

Deposit Policy: If you do not have or have a valid credit card you may need to make a deposit to guarantee the reservation.


Damage caused or missing objects:

The Hotel reserves the right to charge any damages that are intentionally caused by the customer.
